Funeral services for Mrs. Bonnie P. Underwood will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 28, 2013 at Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Smith officiating. Interment will be held at Old Golden Grove Cemetery in Union, Miss. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Underwood, 67, of Meridian, Miss., passed away on Monday, March 25, 2013 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Charles and Mattie Porter; sister, Lorene Howard; and a brother, Charles Robert Porter.

She is survived by: her son, Carlton “Pee Wee” Boswell (Tina) of Picayune, Miss.; three sisters, Patsy McCarter and Christine Gunter both of Meridian and Ollie Jewel Simmons of Austin, Texas; four brothers, Charles Marvin Porter, James Ray Porter, Curtis Levelle Porter, and Jimmy Dale Porter Price; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Webb Funeral Home from 5 – 7 p.m.
