There were no reported serious injuries in a three-car accident Wednesday afternoon in the southbound lanes of I-59 between exits 4 and 6. Emergency responders on scene said the accident occurred as the four door sedan with its flashers was following a tow truck that was suffering from mechanical problems. The Ford 250 rear-ended the sedan, forcing it into the tow truck.
