The Picayune Rotary Club had their 13th annual Fishing Rotary for local school children. City Manager, Jim Luke, right, attempts to hand a worm to use as bait to first time fisherman, 10- year- old, Justin Scott from Southside Elementary. His friend, Devjonte Wilson, also from Southside, looks on as his friend decides against taking the worm to bait his own hook. Luke showed both boys the basics of fishing and by the end of the day, Justin Scott caught the biggest fish.
