Louise Daughdrill of Poplarville departed this life on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at the age of 94. She accepted Christ at an early age and served Him faithfully. Louise was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. All who knew her loved her.

She was preceded in death by: her husband of 59 years, Hersel Daughdrill; daughter, Margaret Ann; son, Glyndol; parents, Ollie and Lillie Strahan; brother, Cecil; and sister, Deloris.

She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria (Ira) Kirkman of Pascagoula and Nelda (Ricky) Mills of Poplarville; sons, Ronald (Joane) of Long Beach, Harlan (Linda) and Don (Diane) of Brookln, Miss.; and special friends, Sam and Elaine Reesor of Purvis and Ahmad and Elmerlene Adas of Theodore, Ala. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Saturday, November 6, 2010 at White Funeral Home in Poplarville, with funeral services following in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at Carnes Cemetery.
