Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 10 a.m. at St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church, Picayune for Charles Duke “Chuck” Williams Jr., 39, of Picayune who passed away Saturday, October 23, 2010 in Picayune.

The Rev. Micheal Kelly will officiate at the service. Burial will be in the Whitehead Cemetery, Henleyfield Community under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.

A native of Picayune, he was employed with Heritage Plastics and was a member of St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church.

He graduated from Picayune Memorial High School class of 1990, played football for the Picayune Maroon Tide, and was a Boy Scout, Troop #485.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Joan Dedeaux Williams.

Survivors include: one son, Christian Hathorn of Hattiesburg, Miss.; his father and step-mother, Charles and Roberta Williams, Sr. of Bozier, La.; four step-brothers, Andre of California, Edwin of Arkansas, Charles of Iowa, and Terry of Japan; one step-sister, Courtney of California; three aunts, Susan Stockstill and Dolly (Rodney) Lott of Picayune and Joyce (Doug) Buchholz of Slidell, La.; four uncles, James (Audrey), Donald, Xavier, and Sandy (Sandra) of Picayune; two nieces; two nephews; a special personal friend, Tracy Boyd; a special cousin, Patricia Rayford Satcher; and a host of cousins, relative and friends.

Visitation will be October 30, 2010 from 10 a.m. until 12 noon in St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church.
