The Biloxi School Board could consider a grant offer from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation for $1.5 million to reopen Nichols Elementary.

The item isn’t on Tuesday’s agenda, but Superintendent Paul Tisdale said it could be added before the meeting.

The board tabled the item at the September meeting, with members saying they wanted to meet with the foundation before voting on whether to accept the grant.
