Friday Picayune residents can get a chance to ask questions about recent city developments at the coming Chamber of Commerce’s Coffee with the Mayor.

The event will be held at the Margaret Read Crosby Memorial Library on Friday at 8 a.m., said Chamber Director April Parsons.

Parsons said Mayor Ed Pinero Jr., told her that he has a lot of information to share so he is hoping for a big turnout.

Council member Wayne Gouguet said he will be at the meeting as well and expects to share with the public information about the sale of city hall, the coming city wide paving project and general utility issues in the city.

Everyone in the public is invited to attend.
