Loriece Warden, 76, of Picayune passed away Friday, May 8, 2009 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 11 at 1 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Willie Tebo and her great-nephew, Bro. Josh Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home. Visitation will be at Picayune Funeral Home on Monday, May 11 from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m.

Mrs. Warden, a former resident of Pearl River, La., was a homemaker and a member of West Lawn Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, Arthur William Warden; brothers, Wallace, Wynon, Willie Merle, W. B. and Buddy; and sister, Bernice.

She is survived by: her son, Arthur Glenn Warden of Picayune; daughter, Connie Ruth Penton of Morgan City, La.; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.
