Veteran newsman Bob Schieffer will speak to graduates at the University of Mississippi.

Schieffer is chief Washington correspondent for CBS News and host of the network’s “Face the Nation.” He was on campus this past September to cover the first presidential debate between Republican John McCain and Democrat Barack Obama.

The graduation will be at 9 a.m. May 9 in the Grove.
