A Coast Guard helicopter from New Orleans picked up 24-year-old Jermy Necaise, 20-year-old Johnathan Goodman and 25-year-old Paul Albrechet. Their hometowns were not available.

Two of the three were suffering from below-normal body temperatures from prolonged exposure to the cold, the Coast Guard said. They were taken to Memorial Hospital at Gulfport for treatment and observation. Their conditions were not known Monday.
