Blanche Strickland, 65, of Slidell, La., died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009, in Slidell.

Services are at 6 p.m.. Friday, March 6, at Macedonia Baptist Church in Slidell and at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 7, at East Baptist Church in Barnett, Miss.

Burial is in Barnett Cemetery under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.

Visitation is 5-6 p.m. Friday, March 6, at the church in Slidell, and 12 noon-1 p.m. at the church in Barnett.
