Ron Fine, executive director of Partners for Pearl River County, and Blake Wilson, president of the Mississippi Economic Council, will speak April 2 at an arts education forum in Meridian.

The forum will be held at the Riley Center on the Meridian campus of Mississippi State University.

The event is sponsored by the Mississippi Alliance for Arts Education.

Discussions will center on the value of the arts to education and communities.

The MAAE promotes arts education for every student in K-12 schools in Mississippi.
