Dr. Jack Sidney Wilkinson, 80, of Covington, La., died Sunday, Jan. 18, 2009, at Lacombe (La.) Nursing Center.

Services are at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home Chapel in Tylertown.

Burial is in the Kokomo Cemetery.

Visitation is 1-2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, at the funeral home.
