Hood says computer breach at junior college

Southwest Mississippi Community College has had a computer security breach and is fixing the problem.

Attorney General Jim Hood says the personal identities of potentially 1,000 former students may have been made available on the Internet.

Hood says college officials are fixing the problem.

He says the school officials have not determined if any present students records were affected.

Neither Hood nor school officials offered details about the computer breach.
