Harrison County officials have released the name of a woman who died last weekend after being struck by a pickup truck on I-110 near D’Iberville.

Harrison County Coroner Gary Hargrove said Tuesday that 59-year-old Annie Strange of Gulfport died at Biloxi Regional Medical Center Sunday night.

The accident happened Saturday just before 11 a.m.

Sheriff’s deputies say Strange attempted to sprint across the interstate and was struck by a pickup.
