The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department is looking for three men believed to be responsible for burglarizing an Escatawpa pawn shop. Deputies say 30 handguns and 2,000 rounds of ammunition are missing.

Sheriff Mike Byrd says the burglary at Escatawpa Pawn Shop on Mississippi Highway 613 wasn’t discovered until Monday.

Byrd says the pawn shop has an alarm, but it didn’t go off. Deputies found a door kicked in. Byrd said he did not know the value of the items taken.
