After about two weeks of investigation, three juveniles were arrested for the alleged commercial burglary of a Friendship Park mobile concession stand.

Picayune Police Public Information Officer Capt. Theresa Milar said that the department was alerted to the alleged burglary on May 1. The complainant estimated the crime took place sometime after 9 p.m. April 29, and before 4:48 p.m. May 1.

On May 12, investigators received a tip that lead to the arrests of three juveniles. That day the investigators booked a 13 year-old juvenile on the charge of commercial burglary. The next day they arrested another 13 year-old juvenile for the same charge, Milar said.

Two days later, on May 15, a 12 year-old juvenile was charged with before the fact commercial burglary, for having prior knowledge of the crime, Milar said.

Apparently between $400 and $600 in candy and drinks were taken from the mobile concession stands, Milar said.
