Graveside services will be held Monday, February 11, 2008 at 11 a.m. in the Turtleskin Cemetery in Nicholson for Jody Dickerson, 56, of Picayune who passed away Thursday, February 7, 2008 in Picayune.

Burial will be in the Turtleskin Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home in Picayune.

The Rev. Bill Jackson will officiate at the service, and will be assisted by the Rev. Mike Jackson.

A native of Tyler, Texas, she was a registered nurse and a member of the Church of the Way.

She was preceded in death by: her father, R.J. Lane, Jr.; one son, Jude Dickerson; one daughter, Jana Johnson; and one grandson, Eli Mason Johnson.

Survivors include: her husband, James Dickerson; one daughter, Jessie Dickerson of Picayune; two sons, Jared Dickerson of Slidell, La., and Jordan Dickerson of Picayune; six grandchildren; and one brother, Robert Johnson Lane, III of Picayune.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 10, 2008 from 6-9 p.m. in the McDonald Funeral Home.

McDonald Funeral Home in Picayune is in charge of the arrangements.
