Several Maroon Tide players, including Cole’s fellow Class 4A All-State performers Albert Richard and Justin Flowers, are expected to sign with Pearl River Community College today as well. Picayune could have several others ink a deal with head coach Tim Hatten’s national power Wildcats as well.

Also at PRCC, several Wildcats are expected to sign with four year schools today as well.

Highlighting the Wildcats’ signees are Linemen Nate Hughes (North Texas), wide receivers Theo Wilson (South Florida), O.J. Murdock (Marshall), defensive tackle Craig Marshall (South Florida) and safety Brandon Burns (Marshall).

Cole is one of a handful of South Mississippi standouts expected to sign with Division IA schools today.

In addition to Cole, Moss Point’s Willie Packer and Josh Chestang, as well as Ocean Springs standout Andre Brown are expected to sign with Southern Mississippi and new Golden Eagles head coach Larry Fedora.
