Paul Timothy “Peel” Hand

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Paul Timothy “Peel” Hand, 46, at St. Agnes Catholic Church by the Rev. Msgr. Robert Berggreen at 11:30 on Friday, July 6, 2007. Interment will follow at Ellis Cemetery in Franklinton, La.

A native of Bogalusa, La., and a resident of Picayune, he passed away July 1, 2007 at his home. He was 46.

He was a former mechanic who enjoyed toying with cars and Hot Rods. He also liked to spend his time fishing and crabbing, and playing on his computer.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Ewell Hand; and his brother, John E. Hand.

He is survived by his three children: Paul James Vincent Hand, Quinn Patrick Hand, and Misty Ann Hand; three brothers: James Hand, Roger Hand, and Tom Hand; three sisters: Colleen Thompson, Pat Hand Wall, and Mary Milliken; and his mother, Rosemary Hingle Hand.

Visitation will be in Baton Rouge, La., at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St., on Thursday July 5, 2007 from 5-9 p.m.
