Barbara D. Mitchell

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at the Picayune Funeral Home Chapel for Barbara D. Mitchell, 51, of Picayune, Miss., who passed away Sunday, July 8, 2007 at her residence.

Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.

The Rev. Danny Johnson will officiate at the service.

A native of New Orleans she moved to this area twenty-five years ago and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her father, Sebron B. Mitchell of Picayune; companion for twenty-eight years, Ron Phillpott of Picayune; one daughter, Raschelle D. Joiner of Braxton, Miss.; four brothers, Jerry Mitchell of Perkinston, Miss., George Mitchell, James Mitchell and Don Mitchell all of Picayune; three grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service.

Arrangements are under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.
