PRC school board meets Monday

The school board for the Pearl River County School District meets at 6:30 p.m. Monday in the district’s board room at 5902 U.S. 11, with a public hearing preceding the meeting at 6 p.m. on a possible bond issue to build a new elementary school.

Consider federal programs application and assurances.

Consider using high school cafeteria for summer feeding program in July.

Consider Mississippi Cycle II menus for 2007-2008 school year.

Consider child nutrition programs.

Consider request from Ben Burge for dance team to attend camp in Destin, Fla.

Discuss taking quotes for bathroom/water fountains for site by walking track.

Discuss proposal for high school academic recovery program.

Consider payment for bonds for administrators.
