Hurley Jack Thorman and Georgiana Nagle Thorman, of Picayune are celebrating 53 years of marriage on Saturday. They were married March 24, 1954 in Belleville, IL.

They have four children, Judith Anne Wright, Chief Mark Edward Thorman, Jacquelyn Joy Lumpkin and Hurley Jack Thorman, Jr.

They have eight grandchildren, Rhiannon Rene’ Dunhurst, Kenneth Ray Gross, Jr., Joseph Edward Thorman, the late Jason Everard Thorman, Brian Douglas Lumpkin, Christina Leigh Martin, Cory Lynn Thorman, and Billy Jack Thorman.

They have six great-grandchildren, Savannah Grace Dunhurst, Jeremy Ellis Thorman, Clayton Ray Thorman, Gentry Claire Lumpkin, Tyler David Martin, J.r and Chasitie Katlyn Thorman.
