Funeral services will be held Friday, March 30, 2007 at 4 p.m. in the McDonald Funeral Home Chapel for Kathleen Margaret Puyper Spiers, 82, of Picayune, who died Thursday, March 29, 2007 in Picayune.

Burial will be in the New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home, Picayune.

The Rev. Father Michael Snyder will officiate at the service.

A native of New Orleans, she was a Self Employed Grocer and a member of the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Oliver (Bud) Spiers and one daughter, Melody Leigh Spiers.

Survivors include: two daughters, Regina Stockstill and Rita Quick both of Picayune; three sons, Carlie Spiers, Benny Spiers both of Picayune and Boby Spiers of Hattiesburg; one brother, Robert Puyper of Picayune; one sister, Rosalie Crowell of Picayune; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-children.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 30, 2007 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. in the McDonald Funeral Home.
