Picayune Memorial High basketball players Wayne Mickel and Chris Dees were named to the Class 4A All-State team recently.

The squad was revealed after the state tournament concluded. Picayune won its third straight south state championship and fell to eventual state champion Jackson Lanier in the state semifinals.

Mickel is a senior point guard, while Dees is a junior post player.
