About 20 employees and 20 people seeking services from the Social Security Administration had to be evacuated from the building. There were no injuries and no complaints, other than the foul odor.

The hazmat unit cleaned up the remains of the stink bomb and are having it analyzed, Sullivan said. The building was ventilated to clear out the odor.
