Memorial services are at a later date for Robert L. Purcell, Sr., 75, of Poplarville, who died Thursday, Nov. 2, 2006, in Biloxi.

Arrangements are under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.

A native of New Orleans, he was a water purification operator and a U.S. Army veteran.

Survivors include a son, Robert Purcell, Jr., of Poplarville; a sister, Shirley Finch of Bucktown, La., and two grandchildren.
