Graveside services are at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 20, at Rolling Hills Baptist Church Cemetery in Carriere for John L. Bryan, 63, of Houston, Texas, who died Saturday, Oct. 14, 2006, in Houston.

Bro. Joey Tatum officiates at the service. Burial is in Rolling Hills Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of White Funeral Home of Poplarville.

A native of Washington, D.C., he was a retired systems engineer, and an alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Mississippi State University and Georgetown University.

Survivors include his sister, Tommie Beavers of Carriere.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the SPCA, Picayune chapter.
