Picayune moved to 7-2 on the year with a 3-2 win over visiting Vancleave Thursday night.

The Lady Tide got a good pitching performance from winning pitcher Hillary Dickens, and Sarah Trexler, Brandi Rabion and Katie Kent each had two hits apiece in the winning cause. Autumn Jackson and Kayla Bounds added doubles to the hit parade.

Picayune travels to Meridian Saturday to compete in the Meridian High Tournament taking on West Lauderdale at 10:15 a.m., Northeast Jones at 11:30 and Tishomingo County at 3:15
