Marcel (Dinky) Arcement Jr. died Tuesday, July 4, 2006.

A private burial is planned in Biloxi National Cemetery under the direction of Lamana-Panno-Fallo Funeral Home.

A native of New Orleans, he was a resident of violet, La. and evacuated to Nicholson.

Survivors include his mother, Eunice H. Arcement; children, Shelena Gervais and Aaron Arcement; siblings, Marcia Townsend, Morris Arcement, Michael Arcement and Mary Franks, and six grandchildren.

Visitation is 2-5 p.m.. Sunday, July 9, at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the VA hospital.
