Biloxi man charged in slaying

BILOXI — A Biloxi man has been charged with murder after police say an argument ended in gunfire.

Police Capt. John Miller says 66-year-old Harvill Richardson Sr. is charged in the death of 55-year-old Rudy Quilon, who died Tuesday after being shot in the abdomen.

Miller says Quilon was a homeless man who had lived with Richardson’s family for about six months. The shooting occurred at Richardson’s home.

Miller says detectives believe the two men got into an argument in the back yard.

Harrison County Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain set Richardson’s bond at $1 million. Richardson was being held in the county jail.
