PICAYUNE —
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 3 p.m. in the First Baptist Church of Picayune for Wanda Williamson Bolton, 61, of Picayune who passed away Monday, May 12, 2008 in Picayune.
Burial will be in the New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home, Picayune.
The Rev. Clint Gill will officiate at the service.
A native of Collins, Miss., she was a registered nurse and a member of First Baptist Church of Picayune. In addition, she was on the Board of Directors for United Way and she was a member of The Civic Women’s Club.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Mack and Oma Lee Williamson; and one sister, Mae Leggett.
Survivors include: her husband, Dewitt L. Bolton, M.D.; three sons, Charles C. Bolton of Greensboro, N.C., Kevin C. Stockstill of Slidell, La., and Dewitt L. Bolton, III of Oxford, Miss.; three daughters, Lynn Bolton of Atlanta, Ga., Elizabeth Blakley, of Hahira, Ga., and Laurie Bounds of Picayune; six sisters, Brenda Rowell of Columbus, Ga., Polly Autry of Seminary, Miss., Mackie Clark of Mt. Olive, Miss., Nancy Beech of Ellisville, Miss., Rita Griffith of Prentiss, Miss., and Amber Magee of Petal, Miss.; three brothers, Graham Williamson, Lloyd Williamson and Chuck Williamson all of Petal; and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. in the First Baptist Church of Picayune in Picayune.
