Last weekend, Picayune police conducted an undercover operation in local convenience stores that resulted in 12 charges for selling goods restricted by age to minors.
Due to numerous complaints of minors purchasing alcohol and tobacco products in the city, “We sent in a minor to attempt to purchase alcohol and tobacco,” said Jeremy Magri, assistant the chief of police.
