Deputies with the Pearl River County Sheriff’s Office made two arrests and seized cash and electronics while conducting a follow-up investigation into a burglary.
During the investigation on Friday, at the Liberty Road Trailer Park, deputies approached Nicholas Polk, 35, of 35 Panther Circle, while he was walking down the street to ask if he knew anything regarding the burglary, said Maj. Donnie Saucier. “As they approached him, he began walking away, attempting to elude deputies,” Saucier said.
