Breland seeks elections post

PICAYUNE — Tommy Breland is a native and life-long resident of Pearl River County. He resides in Poplarville. He is the son of the late Hugo Breland and Helen Breland. He is the proud father of two daughters, Nikki and Traci Breland.

Tommy is a broker associate at Poplarville Realty, Inc. He has been with the agency since 1999. Tommy was an experienced real estateinvestor before becoming a licensed agent. He brought to the industry a wealth of knowledge of the market and a love for the game. He is a consecutive multi-million dollar producer, a lifetime member of The Million Dollar Club and ranks among the top producers in the county each year.

He is a 2005 graduate of the Gulf Coast Leadership Program and has served on several committees for The Pearl River Board of Realtors. He is a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission for Poplarville. He serves as vice-president of the Pearl River County Utility Authority. Having the best interest of the local area and the future of Pearl River County at heart, Tommy has become involved with Partners for Pearl River County. He is a member of the Partners 2009 Leadership Class and is looking forward to being involved in bringing industry and jobs to the Pearl River County area.

Tommy’s desire to serve the people and to ensure the people’s best interests are served has encouraged him to seek the position of Election Commissioner for Beat 3.
