Jackson police investigate fatal shooting

Jackson — Jackson police are investigating the city’s 49th homicide of the year.

Police say 26-year-old Bruce Cranford, of Jackson, was gunned down early Monday morning while outside the Horseman’s Lounge nightclub in northwest Jackson.

The cause of the shooting is still under investigation.

Police says they have no suspects.
