Charter Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Rich Westfall as vice president of business development and marketing. His responsibilities will be to lead business and community development and oversee all marketing efforts for the bank.

Westfall represents over 20 years of experience in marketing and business and community development as well as over four years of experience in the non-profit sector in south Mississippi. Most recently, Westfall served as president of the Gulf Coast Community Foundation. Prior to that, he was the director of marketing and community development for the Isle of Capri Casino in Biloxi.
