Funeral services for Marion Leroy “Bud” Stockstill Sr., age 69 of  Henleyfield, MS, who passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2015, will be held Friday, May 29, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be Friday, May 29, 2015 from 10:00 am until 1:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home. Burial will be in Henleyfield Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Rev. Cody Warren will officiate the service.

A native of Picayune, MS, he was a contractor and a member of First Baptist Church of Henleyfield. Bud was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend who will be truly missed by all. He was preceded in death by his parents, John L. Stockstill, Sr. and Margie Smith Stockstill.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 52 years, Barbara Stockstill, his children, Marion L. “Skiet” Stockstill, Jr., Timmy Stockstill and Becky, Cynthia Jarrell and husband Kem, and Patti Duncan; his 7 grandchildren, Maegan and Brannon Veazey, Trace Stockstill, Krysten Stockstill, John David Stockstill, Timmy Jr. Stockstill and Torie Spiers, Courtney Jarrell, and Kaylynn Stockstill; his 4 great grandchildren, Addyson Hill, Braylon Veazey, Khloey Stockstill, and EmmaRae Veazey; his brothers and sisters, Terry Stockstill, Dale Stockstill, John L. Stockstill, Jr. and wife Kathy, Julian Stockstill and wife Patricia, and Lana Rosine and husband Bob.
