Pearl River Center Water Association issued a precautionary boil water notice Monday morning for residents living on Savanna Millar Rd., Lamar Smith Rd., Bouie Rd., and surrounding areas that were without water or experienced low water pressure on Oct. 17. This notice is being issued due to a broken water line.
Affected residents are advised to boil their water for at least one minute before consumption.
Water samples will be collected fro two consecutive days and as soon as the results are back the boil water notice will be lifted.
