Published 12:10 pm Tuesday, February 18, 2014

A boil water notice has been issued for residents in the Carriere area who were without water service on Feb. 17. The outage was due to a broken water line on Tom Seals Rd.

Residents who are under this boil water notice are asked to boil water for at least one minute before drinking.

Water samples will be taken for the next two days and as soon as safe results are back the notice will be lifted.
